2007 Rules & Regulations

1. To enter or to win, no purchase is necessary. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules posted at www.WhereFamiliesComeTogether.com or www.sorteodereunionfamiliar.com. The Prince George's County Family Reunion Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on May 30th, 2007, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 30th, 2007 (Sweepstakes Period). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Prince George's County Conference & Visitor's Bureau (PGCCVB) and its participating sponsors.

2. Eligibility: The Family Reunion Sweepstakes is available to legal US citizens ages 21 and older. All County Employees, officers, sponsors, affiliates, their parent companies, subsidiaries, or advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, and their extended families (parents, children, siblings, spouse), persons living in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors of the PGCCVB are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may go to www.WhereFamiliesComeTogether.com or www.sorteodereunionfamiliar, which will take you directly to the Sweepstakes website and complete the Sweepstakes entry form.  When you have completed the entry form online, click Enter. Any other attempted form of email/Internet entry is prohibited. You cannot use programmed, macro, robotic or similar methods to enter.  The PGCCVB, its sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate or incorrect information and/or capture of on-line entry information, nor or they responsible for any and all hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet host/website/accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention, or acts of God, that may cause the entry to fail. There may be only one entry per person during the Sweepstakes period.

Entry forms will also be made available through a direct mail promotion in Prince George's County, Maryland. You may mail your entry forms to: PGCCVB, 9200 Basil Court, Suite 101, Largo, MD 20774. If you do not receive a direct mail promotion, and do not wish to enter online at the Sweepstakes website, you may enter by printing your name, street address, city, state and zip code, residential telephone number, complete email address if applicable, number of family members and the complete Family Reunion Sweepstakes website address: www.WhereFamiliesComeTogether.com on a 3” x 5” index card and mail in an envelope to Family Reunion Sweepstakes c/o PGCCVB, to above address. Photocopies of entry forms will be accepted. Mail-in entries that do not include your name, address, city, state, zip, phone number (cell phone numbers are acceptable) and the complete Family Reunion Sweepstakes website address www.WhereFamiliesComeTogether.com will not be eligible. Online entries must be received by 11:59 pm Eastern Time November 30th, 2007. Mail in entries must be postmarked by November 28th, 2007 and/or received by November 30th, 2007.  All entries become the exclusive property of the PGCCVB and its sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.
