Prizes listed below are 2007 prizes.
Prizes: MONTHLY PRIZES
6 monthly winners (June, July, August, September, October,
November) will receive:
General admission for one day for four people to Six Flags
America in Largo, MD. No cash substitutions.
Not transferable. Subject to dates/times the park is open
to the general public.
A weekend getaway for 4 at a participating sponsor hotel
in Prince George's County, MD. Includes room accommodations
only (maximum 2 rooms/2 nights). Subject to availability
at the participating sponsor's hotel property. No cash substitutions. Not
transferable.
Selection of Grand Prize and Month Winner(s): Value
of all Sweepstakes prizes not to exceed $25,000. In order to
receive the prizes offered in the sweepstakes, winners may
not be required to (i) purchase goods or services, (ii) pay
any money, or (iii) where applicable, submit to a sales promotion
effort. Winners will be determined by random drawings.
There will be monthly drawings in the months of June, July,
August, September, October, and November 2007. Monthly winners
will be eligible for the Grand Prize. Monthly winners cannot
win more than one monthly prize. There will be one Grand Prize
drawing to be held on or about January 8th, 2008 for the Grand
Prize Winner, from all eligible online and mail-in entries
at the time of the drawing/closing date of Sweepstakes. Drawings
will be conducted by the PGCCVB whose decision is final and
binding. The winner(s) will be notified by telephone, certified
mail and/or email within 15 days of the drawing date. The winner(s)
will be required to sign and return a release of liability,
declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, a publicity consent
agreement, all within 10 days of date indicated on the Sweepstakes
winner letter. The PGCCVB and its participating sponsors are
not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify winner(s).
By accepting a monthly or grand prize, winner(s) agree to the
use of his/her name(s) and or likeness by sponsors for the
purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without notice
or further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected
winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim
a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed
declaration and releases as required, prize will be forfeited
and an alternate winner(s) selected. Prize is non-transferable
and no substitutions are allowed except by the PGCCVB, who
hereby reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or
greater value, including a cash prize, if that is in the best
interests of the PGCCVB and its sponsors.
