Prizes listed below are 2007 prizes.
Prizes: GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Family Reunion Sweepstakes package for 1 winner and
up to 39 guests, comprised of:
A. Standard hotel accommodations (2nights/3days) for up
to 25 standard rooms provided by a participating sponsor(s)
during the designated months chosen exclusively by the Prince
George's County Conference & Visitor's Bureau (PGCCVB)and
its accommodations' sponsor. Months other than those chosen
and designated would require additional fees to be paid by
the winner, and are based on availability during those months
chosen. Actual dates/times will be agreed upon jointly by
the contest winner, the PGCCVB and it's participating sponsor(s),
with the Official Rules applying.
B. Food/catering services for one reunion dinner, one breakfast
buffet, and one evening reception provided for up to 40 people
by the PGCCVB and its participating sponsor(s). Dates, times
and menu selection will be made by the PGCCVB, its participating
sponsor(s), and/or its designated representative based on
availability, and other factors, controlled entirely by the
PGCCVB and it's sponsor(s), in coordination with the Sweepstakes
winner.
C. Family Reunion Day at Six Flags America for up to 40
people during the designated months chosen exclusively by
the PGCCVB and Six Flags America. "Day" includes
reserved picnic area, food and beverage for up to 40 people;
and park admission for up to 40 people. Dates, times and
menu selection will be made by the PGCCVB and Six Flags America.
D. A guided cultural tour of Prince George's County for
up to 40 people. Date and time of the tour to be selected
by the PGCCVB or its designated representative with the consent
of the Sweepstakes winner.
E. Hospitality room provided by a participating sponsor(s),
with capacity for up to 40 people on a date and at time(s)
selected by the PGCCVB or its designated representative.
Hospitality room to be furnished with light food and beverage
during the time of operation, and will be solely designated
by the PGCCVB and its participating sponsor.
F. Genealogy workshop for up to 40 people on a date, at
a place, and at a time selected by the PGCCVB, or its designated genealogy
partner/sponsor |
